Strengthen & Stretch the Feet

This is a great stretching and strengthening workout for your feet – for anyone’s feet!  Whether you are a seasoned dancer or just love being barefoot.  I had a football player in one of my classes a few years ago who said he lived in his shoes and was never barefoot.  He had a very difficult time with basic stabilization in class without shoes on.  This is a perfect way to work the feet as they were intended (not in shoes).
