Chicken Parmesan

This is a great (and easy) Italian dish that you can serve on its own or with pasta of choice.

Chicken Parmesan – Yield 2

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 egg whites
bread crumbs, Italian style
1/4 c parmesan
pasta of choice – 2 servings
1 small jar of pasta sauce of choice

Place bread crumbs and parmesan cheese in a dish.  Dip chicken in egg whites.  Press chicken into bread crumb mixture and place on a greased baking dish.  Bake for 20-25 minutes at 400 degrees.  Prepare pasta while baking and warm sauce.  Place chicken on bed of pasta and top with warm sauce.
